Site work for a municipal facility in Faribault, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The major work items generally include: Rough grading, furnish and install buffer layer, furnish and install double sided-textured LLDPE (closure) and double-sided textured HDPE (liner) geomembrane materials, furnish and install granular drainage materials (closure and liner), general fill, and topsoil, and seeding and mulching, installation of temporary and permanent erosion control features, and furnish and install of supplemental litter fence. A recommended pre-Bid conference will be held June 15, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. local time, at the Rice County Landfill/Recycling/HHW Facility located at 3800 145th Street E, Dundas, Minnesota, 55019 and will include a site visit to the project area. Representatives of the Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. All questions regarding the plans and specifications should be directed to Bruce Rehwaldt at Foth Infrastructure & Environment at 651-288-8598 or bruce.rehwaldt@foth.com. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive or not waive any informalities in the Bids received and to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the interests of the Owner. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
