Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Davis, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of July 06, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work includes mobilization, public notification, traffic control; base repairs; concrete improvements, including curb ramp replacements for ADA compliance, sidewalk and curb and gutter repairs; surface reconstruct requiring milling of asphalt concrete pavement and underlying subgrade materials; lime treated subgrade; cold-milling asphalt concrete pavement, regrading of intersections to adjust cross slopes at crosswalks for ADA compliance; HMA paving and overlay; adjusting utility covers to grade, and installing traffic striping, marking and markers. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable laws and regulations. BID OPENING PROCEDURE The bids shall be opened according to one of the following procedures: 1. Council Chambers at 23 Russell Boulevard, Davis, CA 95616. Bidders will be allowed to sit in the Council Chambers. 2. Outside of the Council Chambers at 23 Russell Boulevard, Davis, CA 95616. 3. Taped Video. City staff will record the bid opening and make viewing of the video available to bidders to view in separate rooms at City facilities.
