Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Lakeport, California. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.

The County of Lake is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive Architectural/Engineering Services for conversion of a former National Guard Armory facility into space that will support Lake County Sheriff's patrol and administrative staff, including, but not limited to: office space, training rooms, records storage, evidence storage and evidence processing. The resulting plans and specifications are expected to be the basis for a separate bid invitation for construction.
