A standard per mile rate will be added to each bid to determine the low bid on a total cost basis. Bidders shall provide with the bid proposal a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the Municipality. The successful bidder will be required to post a 50% performance bond within 20 days of the award of the contract based on the total amount of the awarded items.
