The Project consists of roof replacement to include removal and replacement of architectural asphalt composition shingles for the garages and pavilions roofs. will be received for a single prime contract. shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The opened will be received by the Township Board of Supervisors at its regular meeting scheduled for October 3, 2023, at 7:00 pm at the Chestnuthill Township Municipal Building. The Township Board of Supervisors will consider and may award the contract at its meeting on October 3, 2023. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
