Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

The owner has selected a Design Builder. The Project consists of replacing an existing bridge spanning approximately 12' with a bridge spanning approximately 19'. Also included in this project is the replacement of an existing 48" culvert with a 60" HDPE culvert. Work includes structural design for the bridge, dewatering, excavation and earthwork, bridge and culvert installation, road construction and paving, guiderail installation and line painting. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated on the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for the period of 90 days, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end of this period.
