For the following contracts: DSA / 2A Aggregate Placement Contract: Furnish and place approximately 1776 Tons of 2A aggregate, and approximately 685 Tons of DSA roadway material. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. PA Prevailing Wage Rates are required and included with these contracts for bidding purpose.
