The project is expected to be awarded on February 01, 2024.** Duboistown Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts. This project involves replacing utility laterals with proposed cleanouts along Cochran Avenue. There is no pre-bid meeting currently for this project. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Duboistown Borough, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. Bids may be held by Duboistown Borough for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The last day for questions is December 8th, 2023 at 5:00 PM. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage applies to this Project. MBE (1%), WBE (7%)
