This request for proposals (RFP) is to solicit responses for landscaping mulching services for the Springfield School District, Delaware County, PA (SSD). The term of this contract will be for the period necessary to complete the agreed upon scope of work, with the option for 2 additional years. Award for years 2 and 3 will be at the discretion of the District, based on performance and budgetary constraints. Requested services are applicable to all landscape and planting beds (not playground areas) and shall include the following: i. Prepare beds including edge preparation and weed removal. ii. Supply and install premium double shredded hardwood mulch, minimum 2-inches, evenly distributed. iii. Removal of any dead plantings within the subject planting beds. iv. Clean up and off site removal of all excess material and debris. v. Completion of all services: Weekdays, 7:30 am-5pm, (Saturdays with advance notice)
