This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Sciota, Pennsylvania. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
For the following (all are more or less): 200 tons each AASHTO #8, #57, #3 and Gabion; 250 tons Superpave 19 mm WMA; 500 tons each 2A modified/2RC, AASHTO #1, High Performance Cold Patch, Superpave 9.5 mm WMA & 3/4 " minus limestone (driveway stone) and 2000 tons washed AS3 anti-skid. The Township will only accept a complete bid on all items. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the township. The above material is to be bid F.O.B. plant and to be picked up at the convenience of the Township. A standard per mile rate will be added to each bid to determine the low bid on a total cost basis. The successful bidder will be required to post 50% bonding, as required per PA DOT specs, within 20 days of the awarding of the contract. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
