**As of July 30, 2026, the project was awarded to Asphalt Maintenance Solutions, LLC, with an awarded amount of $386,968.54.** Application of ultra-thin bonded wearing course, crack sealing, mastic application, double seal coat with #8 and 1/4 inch aggregate, single seal coat with 1/4 inch aggregate, and fog seal on various roads. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Polymer Modified Crack Sealing applied complete in-place 2. Hot Pour Mastic 3. UltraThin Bonded Wearing Course, Gradation B, SRL-H, PG64-22 applied completed in-place. Contractor responsible for milling notches at all tie in locations, this will be considered incidental to the UTBWC item. 4. Single 1/4" Seal Coat followed by sweeping and Fog Seal. 5. Double Seal Coat as Per Penn Dot Pub 408 section 480. A 2 year maintenance bond will be required (100% 1st year, 50% 2nd year) covering any and all workmanship or material related defects, as determined by the municipality. Payment will not be approved before final inspection with municipality, any and all defects must be corrected to the satisfaction of the municipality prior to any portion of payment being released.
