Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in McConnell AFB, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

The work shall include the removal and replacement of various pieces of HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, fire sprinkler systems, and associated electrical items as indicated in the SOW, the specifications, and the drawings. Additionally the contractor shall construct the cybersecurity requirements for the building DDC system. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, expertise, testing, surveying, equipment, reports, samples, warranties, and transportation necessary to complete the project according to the Statement of Work, plans, specifications, and contract documents. The effort will consist of a base bid and one option. The base bid work shall include replacement of AHU's 1, 2, 3, & 11R. Service and Re-Commission AHU-7 & 7E. Also, the Contractor shall replace existing roof relief fans, exhaust fans, unit heaters, fire dampers, clean air grilles and diffusers, low leak dampers, recommission chillers, install required ductwork and piping connections, DDC control circuits and devices, replace condensate lines, clean ductwork, etc. Finally the Contractor shall provide all electrical and controls connections to make all equipment operational. Option 1 work shall include construction of the cybersecurity requirements for the building DDC System as indicated in the specification section 25 05 11.
