Please note that the concrete slab for the tennis court, the tennis court coatings and accessories, the 2" of fines and just below the slab, and the 10ft tall chain link fence shown on the documents is already contracted out. This bid invitation is for site grading, excavation & fill, storm drainage work, asphalt paving and the SWPPP provisions. The sitework is anticipated to be completed by 91/4 1/4022; however, Owner will work with bidders on schedule to encourage best value. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must furnish an approved Performance Security Bond and a Labor & Material Payment Security Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract total value. The Contractor shall comply with all fair labor practices and state statutes. This project will comply with Montana Prevailing wages and be subject to the Montana Gross Receipts Tax. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids except as noted in the instruction to bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities, the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities, and determine the lowest responsible bidder.
