PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. Proposed Project shall include new construction of a Pre-Engineered Steel Emergency Service Building. Spec Sections - Scopes of work 02 Site 16 Electrical B. The Project delivery method is "Construction Management (CM) At Risk" All contracts shall be held on behalf of owner by the CM. Northwest Builders, Inc. NWB is contracted with BFCESD as the CM - Construction Manager for this project. C. NWB shall be allowed to submit bids to self-perform scopes of work that NWB chooses. NWB Shall submit bids in accordance with the bidding documents at the time and date of bid. A Certificate of exemption shall be provided to contractors and vendors at time of award. H. All questions are to be directed to the CM, Chris Mlejnek Email: chrism@nwbuildersinc.com. All questions must be in written communications. No addendum questions shall be responded to within 7 days of the bid date. I. Provide bid on attached bid form. Clearly indicate: Contractor or Vendor Name, Bid Scope # and Name, Addenda, and price. Bidders must provide bid that are all inclusive of the bids scope, scopes that they wish to bid. If contractors choose to provide elective alternates or options that deviate from the bidding documents they shall be included on an additional sheet and attached to the bid form. No Pre-Bid Meeting has been scheduled. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after bid opening without written consent of the Owner. The project is tax exempt. Sales Use tax shall be excluded from bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
