Renovation of a medical facility in Farmington, Connecticut. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
UConn Health (UCH) will be upgrading approximately 72,000 (5 floors) emergency lighting with a a series of centralized battery inverters, one or two per floor, used to serve dedicated, normally-off (non-illuminated) emergency light fixtures and normally-on (illuminated) exit signs. These inverters will provide emergency lighting testing frequency, reporting, etc. in accordance with NFPA 101. Applicants must be pre-qualified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP C) to participate in this Prequalification Application. Please not that this Prequalification: UCHC4-172958136 supersedes Prequalification Application UCHC4-159888577 that was cancelled in the best interest of UConn Health.
