Cost estimate: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Bidder agrees to pay the Owner, as liquidated damages, the sum of one hundred and 00/100 dollars ($100.00) for each consecutive calendar day required to complete the work, beyond the project completion date specified in the Contract. The project will consist of the renovation of the 2,156 square foot building at 316 W. 4th in Sedalia, MO. Renovation shall include a complete interior demolition of all interior finishes, walls, and fixtures, including gyp on exterior walls, ceilings, floor finishes, MEP systems, and partial slab demolition. The interior structure shall remain. GC shall then build the new walls and install new MEP systems, fixtures, flooring and ceilings as indicated on the construction drawings.
