Work shall be completed within 150 Calendar Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. -Security enhancements, reconfiguration, and interior improvements to the K-Dock Restrooms and other Work Location-201 University Avenue, Berkeley, California Berkeley, CA 94710 The City retains the right to award all or parts of this contract to several bidders, to not select any bidders, and/or to re-solicit proposals.
