The Conyngham-Sugarloaf Joint Municipal Authority is requesting formal bids for 2 years' worth sludge hauling starting in August 2022 and ending in August 2024 from the CSJMA wastewater treatment plant located at 611 South Main Street Sugarloaf, Pa. Regular hauling will consist on average of approximately 16K gallons bi-weekly (on average) to be taken from a pre-existing 3" stand-pipe leading from the sludge thickener, to be taken to another treatment plant. Loads are to be taken in consecutive fashion per week on a time and day as directed by the operator of the treatment plant.
