Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sugarloaf, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The West County Road Reconstruction and Bike Lane Project will consist of shoulder widening, full depth pavement base repair, milling and overlay along West County Road with drainage improvements, signage, and pavement marking replacement. Questions must be submitted, via electronically by 5:00 PM on Monday, August 14, 2023. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Luzerne County, negotiable US Government Bonds (at par value), or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid of construction shall be submitted with each bid. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding for the best interest of the owner.
