Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade/Expansion Project Contract No. 04 - Plumbing. Question Deadline 05/01/2024 at 4:00 PM ET. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of new SBR wastewater treatment system with new influent screening, influent pumping, grit removal and UV disinfection systems with a new control building. Rehabilitation of existing structures and building to become new digester, disinfection, and maintenance facilities. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, 10% bid security, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidder agrees to comply with all federal requirements applicable to the assistance received (including those imposed by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA"), Public Law No. 117-58, if applicable), as may be amended and, any other applicable statute, regulation, guidance, directive, policy or procedure, and any amendment thereto, that may be approved, adopted, enacted or promulgated by the federal government. Except as otherwise provided by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for sixty (60) days after the Bid Due Date, unless the contract award is delayed by a required approval of another government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which case the Bids shall remain open to acceptance and shall be irrevocable for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the Bid Due Date.
