Conyngham/Sugarloaf Joint Municipal Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of new SBR wastewater treatment system with new influent screening, influent pumping, grit removal and UV disinfection systems with a new control building. Rehabilitation of existing structures and building to become new digester, disinfection, and maintenance facilities. project location: 611 Main Street, Sugarloaf Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, 10% bid security, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
