The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to receive proposals from pre-qualified trail contractors to provide trail design and flagging services for approximately 28 miles of trails in the Bountiful Utah area. During 2021 and early 2022, corridor master planning work was performed for an overall trails system. In July 2022, a Request for Qualifications was issued leading to the pre-qualification of contractors. This RFP is specially issued to those contractors who responded to the RFQ and received notice from Bountiful City that they have been prequalified to perform Trails Design and Flagging services.
