Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Draper City is requesting bids from for the Deer Ridge Trailhead Improvements project. The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the construction of paved parking lot, pre-fabricated restroom installation, drainage improvements, and trailhead amenities. as described in the project plans and specifications. Question Submission Close Date 7/5/2023 5:00 PM MDT The engineering estimate range is between $300,000 - $400,000. Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through Sciquest The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City. Draper City reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City. All field work was contained in the proposed development area and was completed on October 3, 2022.
