Draper City is requesting bids from for the Deer Ridge Trailhead Improvements project. The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the construction of paved parking lot, pre-fabricated restroom installation, drainage improvements, and trailhead amenities. as described in the project plans and specifications. Question Submission Close Date 7/5/2023 5:00 PM MDT The engineering estimate range is between $300,000 - $400,000. Draper City reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City. All field work was contained in the proposed development area and was completed on October 3, 2022.
