Site work and renovation of a civil project in Parkville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work generally includes: o Diffuser Replacement: Removing and replacing existing diffuser membranes (parts furnished by Owner) in the bottom of Aeration Basin #1. Inspecting existing diffuser bodies, clamps, couplings and supports, and performing a clean-water leak-check. o Air pipe elbow replacement: Cutting out, removing and replacing an existing 8-inchdiameter steel pipe elbow in Aeration Basin #1. o Butterfly Valve: Welding new 8-inch flanges and furnishing and installing a new 8-inch butterfly valve in the existing air supply pipe, located inside the Blower Room. o Concrete Stairs Replacement: Demolishing the existing concrete stairs and forming and pouring new concrete stairs in the same location, on the exterior of the aeration basin structure. o Delivering, dumping and spreading additional gravel at bottom of new stairs. o Restoration and clean-up.
