Renovation of a water / sewer project in Shasta Lake, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment and incidentals to remove and re-roof the City of Shasta Lake Wastewater Treatment Plan Control Building (approximately 3,500 square feet). Other work includes roof jack, vent pipe and other equipment replacement, downspout renovations, soffit repair and parapet cap painting. All other items or details not mentioned above that are required by the Plans or the Contract Documents shall be furnished, fabricated, constructed, or installed. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to verify the completeness of their printed Contract Documents prior to submitting a bid and accompanying executed addenda acknowledgment forms. The City of Shasta Lake does not assume any liability or responsibility for defective or incomplete copying, excerpting, scanning, faxing, downloading or printing of the Contract Documents.
