The City of Shasta Lake (City) is soliciting qualifications and proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services related to the completion of the City's Summit City Wastewater Feasibility Study. It is the intent of the City to hire a single qualified Consultant Team that can provide the following services to the City: Project Management, Public Involvement and Outreach, Evaluation of Existing Conditions and Needs, Alternatives Analysis and Reports (including a 10% Preliminary Engineering Plans and Preliminary Estimate for preferred alternative), and identification of Funding Alternatives. Interested consultants are invited to submit qualifications in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Qualifications & Proposal (RFQ&P). The City anticipates accomplishing the work associated with the project within the established budget of $250,000. The successful Consultant must be aware of the budget limitations and be able to provide a clear plan for completing the required work that meets the project's goals within the project budget constraints. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
