The Bangor Area School District will receive sealed bids for the renovations to Bangor School District Maintenance Building located at 187 Five Points Richmond Road. Work includes General Construction, Plumbing Construction and Electrical Construction. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 9/6/2022 4:00 PM The apparent low bidder and the next two lowest bidders must submit, to the Architect, originals of the Bidding Documents within two (2) business days from the date of the bid opening. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidders. This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
