The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in specifications including but not limited to: Install approximately 150 lineal feet of drainpipe, 4-inch diameter Install approximately 100 lineal feet of storm drainage pipe, 10-inch diameter by trenching Install approximately 500 lineal feet of storm drainage pipe.12-inch diameter by trenching Install approximately 5 storm inlets and 5 manholes Rehabilitate approximately 450 square yards of asphalt concrete pavement (ACP) Install approximately 1,300 square feet of pervious concrete sidewalks Install approximately 400 square feet of concrete sidewalks Install approximately 200 lineal feet of concrete curb Rehabilitate street markings and signs Replace 5 trees Perform additional and Incidental Work as required by the specifications and construction plans All work must be completed by June 30, 2025 No bid will be considered unless the bid contains a statement by the bidder that the provisions required by ORS 279C.838 or ORS 279C.840, as applicable, pertaining to prevailing wages, shall be included as part of the awarded contract. The proposal and bid schedule must be submitted in the prescribed form and said manner outlined in the solicitation. Submissions shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond made payable to the City of Milwaukie in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount.
