At a minimum, proposal should provide a telephone/intercom/bell system throughout the entire school to include all equipment, accessories and materials along with labor, warranties, and training. Proposal should list details of all proposed equipment and their quantities and locations. Proposed system should be user friendly, easy to learn, and operate. Proposal shall also include any cost associated with removal of current system. Wiring and Speakers may not be re-used. Contractor shall dispose and/or recycle same in accordance with federal, state, and local rules, regulations and statutes (e.g. spoilage becomes property and responsibility of contractor). Late proposals arriving after the stated due date and time will not be considered and will be retumed unopened. Proposals will not be accepted from vendors having not attended this meeting.
