Project involves the removal and replacement of the sheet metal and shingle roofing system and minor roofing repairs. The Project Manager for this Project is Christopher L. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of the Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake, and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Each entity obtaining Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will be designated as a Plan Holder of Record. Bids received from entities who are not Plan Holders of Record may be returned as being nonresponsive. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to the Village of Fontanaon-Geneva Lake at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to the Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to the Village of Fontana-onGeneva Lake as liquidated damages. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
