Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fontana, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Project involves new municipal Well No. 5 with pitless unit, abandonment of existing Well No. 4, underground water main, process piping modifications, gas chlorine feeder modifications, electrical upgrades, new asphaltic driveway and site restoration. All Work is included in a single prime contract. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake as liquidated damages. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids.
