Project involves removing and replacing the existing roof membrane of the Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake's Public Safety Building with a new Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) or Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EDPM) single-ply roofing membrane. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Est. Completion Date: May 24, 2024 Bids received from entities who are not Plan Holders of Record may be returned as being nonresponsive. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to the Village of Fontanaon-Geneva Lake at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Partial sets of Bidding Documents are not available. Neither Owner, Engineer nor Issuing Office is responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including any Addenda, obtained from other sources. The cost of Bidding Documents is non-refundable. Each entity obtaining Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will be designated as a Plan Holder of Record. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to the Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to the Village of Fontana-onGeneva Lake as liquidated damages. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
