Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fontana, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project involves site preparation and installation of a 196 S.F. prefabricated precast concrete restroom that is to be purchased by the Contractor. Includes the installation of concrete footings and foundation, sanitary lateral, water service, asphaltic and concrete pavement, erosion control measures, restoration of disturbed areas, and miscellaneous appurtenances required to complete construction. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. Pre-Qualification: Yes The Village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Fontanaon-Geneva Lake equal to 5 percent of the Bid.
