Estimated Total Cost: $40,000 to $50,000 This contract is for the construction of an addition to the existing Baler Building at the solid waste drop-off station on Lopez Island, operated by the Lopez Solid Waste Disposal District (LSWDD). Detailed specifications are indicated within the project plan set. Materials shall match the materials used in the construction of the existing building. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Total Contract Time: 40 working days. San Juan County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the best interest of the County. Bids will be subject to review and compliance with specifications. This contract is subject to WAC 458-20-170 (Rule 170) for tax purposes. In accordance, bidders shall include Retail Sales Tax (8.3% for unincorporated San Juan County), as a separate line item to be included in the total bid price. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
