The project is for the construction of a cast-in-place concrete skatepark. Including: site preparation; temporary erosion/sediment controls; removal and disposal of the existing features, concrete, and rebar; clearing and grubbing; export of unsuitable soils; import of select fill materials; specialty skatepark work including framework, steel fabrication, rebar, and placement/finishing of shotcrete/concrete which may include integral concrete color; storm drainage, final grading, landscaping; and other work. A bid deposit equal to 5% of the bid amount is required. Engineers Estimated Range is $457,650-$488,575.
