Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Lopez Island, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
San Juan County is seeking a contractor for the replacement of three storm culverts on Lopez Island, located on Center Road, Fisherman Bay Road, and Mud Bay Road. Please see attached plan set for additional details. Work includes excavation, disposal, pipe laying, backfill, compaction and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction, 2022 edition. Contract Time: Five (5) working days; physical completion of work must take place by October 31, 2022. The County is not holding a pre-bid conference for this project. The project sites are open to bidders for inspection. Contract Bond (Payment and Performance Bond): The successful bidder shall provide (an) executed contract bond(s) for the full contract amount, in accordance with RCW 39.08.010.
