MacKaye Harbor Water District Consultant Roster The MacKaye Harbor Water District is currently requesting Statements of Qualifications for the following categories of professional services (Architectural & Engineering) in accordance with 1. Civil Engineering 2. Electrical Engineering 3. Surveying 4. Hydrology 5. Archaeology 6. Biology MacKaye Harbor Water District maintains its own Consultant Roster and the contracting of professional services by Engineers and Architects as governed by RCW 39.80. Depending on the project, the district can use any consultant based on a review of Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) or may use a solicitation process to select the most qualified. There is no guarantee of work for consultants placed on the roster. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
