The project site is open to bidders for inspection. Bid deposit shall be submitted with each bid, either by check or money order, in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, or a bid bond in lieu of deposit. The successful bidder shall provide an executed contract bond for the full contract amount, in accordance with RCW 39.08.010.
