Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a military facility in Newport, Vermont. Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,600-square-foot military facility; for the demolition of a military facility; for site work for a military facility; and for the renovation of a military facility.
Due to security reasons, please contact Reprographer to obtain bid documents This project will consist of, but not be limited to, providing all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of an approximately 4,600 SF heated and plumbed addition to the existing armory building. A concurrent project will include replacement of the existing boiler and water heater; replacement of the existing high and low roof; and replacement of existing fiber optic cable located at 540 Union St, Newport, VT. For contractors that require access to a VTARNG facility or installation: Contractor and all associated sub-contractors employees shall comply with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) (Army Directive 2014-05/AR 190-13), and applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access, and local security policies and procedures (provided by a government representative). Questions may be submitted until 12:00 p.m. on 14 September 2022. Questions should be submitted by email to the project manager and cc the architect.
