No definite date for the rebid.** The City of Hermann is accepting sealed bids for the Pool Pump and Filter Relocation Project at the City of Hermann Municipal Pool. Work will need to commence after October 3, 2022. The bid should be priced based on the following Scope of Work:Purpose:To bring the pool pump above ground to eliminate pool Closure and pump destruction from frequent flooding in the park:1. Move the pump above ground including all water lines going in and out of the pool 2. Install a new filter system. Sand or Glass Media would be preferred 3. Please include pricing for the following:a. New Pool Pump b. New Chemical Controller c. New Bypass Assembly The successful bidder will be required to have purchased a General Business License to do work within the City of Hermann and to provide proof of Workers Compensation Insurance as required under Chapter 287, RSMo. The Certification of Insurance must be on file. An award recommendation will be presented for approval at the September 12, 2022 Park Board meeting and for final approval at the September 19, 2022 Board of Aldermen meeting. Thesuccessful bidder will be notified. Bid envelopes must state Bid No. 2022-23-Pool Pump and Filter Relocation Project. Failure to state this on the bid will result in bid being returned without being considered. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all parts of bids, to waive technicalities and to accept the bid or parts of bid considered to be the most advantageous to the City.
