Renovation of a municipal facility in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of existing MCC-5, ATS-5, the Building 5 generator, all Building 5 lighting, and the addition of a standalone power panel, lighting panel and transformer to power loads currently fed via MCC-5. The Work also includes replacement of the supply circuit to MCC-6 in Building 6 and the addition of a generator and automatic transfer switch at Building 13, as well as installation of an OWNER provided remote I/O cabinet in Building 5 and associated wiring. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. Thorn Creek Basin Sanitary District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
