The Piedmont Triad Regional Council (PTRC) is working with the Town of Pleasant Garden to address the on-going stormwater and erosion issues that impact the Community Center and Recreational Ball Park fields, parking areas, and common sports area located off Alliance Church Road. The property is located in the Upper Big Alamance Creek in Guilford County in the Cape Fear River Basin. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to develop a Phase I Plan to: Identify immediate short-term improvements, Develop conceptual plans for long-term improvements, Identify best stormwater management practices most applicable to the property, Obtain specific cost-estimates for the practices presented; and Assist with completing upcoming stormwater related grant proposals due September 30, 2022.
