Description

Demolition, site work, paving, outdoor lighting, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Gahanna, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 168,000-square-foot municipal facility; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for paving for a municipal facility; for outdoor lighting for a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Plans call for police station, emergency operations center, city hall, and various administrative services into a single 168,000 square-foot building. The portions of the existing building will be selectively demolished in order to construct a new addition. The renovated building will include a new city council chambers, data center, redundant power and fiber services, UPS systems, ballistic construction, firing range, and other police training services. As of March 27, 2026, the project is currently under construction, with substantial completion date of May 2026.
