**As of January 08, 2026, the awarded contractor is Elite Excavating Inc, with an award amount of $2,995,001.68.** Sealed bids will be received for all labor, material, and services necessary for the 2025 Street Rebuild & Waterline Program, ST-1116. The base bid project consists of full street removal, subgrade compaction, concrete work, pavement placement, sidewalk, striping, waterline replacement, and drainage improvements. All bids must be submitted via the electronic bidding system and be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder for each contract.
