All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 10/15/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Bidders shall submit written questions to Stephen Danielsen, P.E. at sdanielsen@praterengr.com Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility The Project is the GJPS FY25 Mechanical Improvement Projects ("the Project"). The Project and Work for the Project consists of mechanical improvements at Gahanna Middle School East, Gahanna Middle School South, Goshen Lane Elementary, Royal Manor Elementary, Chapelfield Elementary, Jefferson Elementary, and Blacklick Elementary in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Design Professional. The Project is anticipated to consist of the following scope at each building RFI's may be submitted to the A/E by 5:00 pm, Wednesday, October 22, 2025 to be incorporated into the last addendum.
