Henderson County requests proposals to provide a turnkey project inclusive of all labor, materials, traffic control, supervision, lift fees, disposal fees, permits, inspections to retrofit existing lighting utilizing existing fixtures and reflectors to LED in the Sink Bo Thomas Auditorium on the campus of Blue Ridge Community College. Lighting controls are critical. 2 level switching is a must. Henderson County reserves the right to reject any and / or all bids.
