bob@triple-r.us. The resulting answers, along with the questions shall, be forwarded to all Bidders who have properly
submitted the "Intent to Bid Form" and posted on the State of Michigan Sigma website. All questions must be submitted to
the district in writing no later than September 16, 2022. The general description of the Scope of Work (SOW) for this project is to provide the District with a complete
Security Camera and Access Control System at five (5) building locations. In addition to the forgoing SOW, all
Bids must comply with all sections of this RFP and the Products and Services Specifications set forth in sections
7.0.0. The District intends to secure a contract for a complete security camera equipment and management platform and
access control system at two (2) school buildings, and three (3) non-instructional buildings as listed in section 4.2.0.
Our objective is to modernize all security cameras in the district with equipment that is NDAA compliant and have
the ability to have it all managed on a central platform that is accessible through modern devices and technology.
This project will address the following:
5.1.1.1 Provide and Install any necessary cameras to provide ideal coverage of all indoor and outdoor locations.
5.1.1.2 Provide a centrally managed platform that can house up to thirty (30) days of recorded video with room for
at least 25% expansion.
5.1.1.3 Provide on-going maintenance and support for all equipment with an option for an extended warranty on all
purchased equipment.
5.1.1.4 Provide end-user support and training on all aspects of the implemented platform.
5.1.1.5 The proposed system should include the capability for viewing live and recorded video remotely for key
district staff and law enforcement.
5.1.1.6 The bidder must include removal and disposal of our legacy system including removal of all cameras and
any necessary cabling
