Site work and paving for a road / highway in Olivet, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
**As of February 19th, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project consists of reconstruction of 2026 LOCAL STREETS – SPRUCE STREET (Cottage Street to Butterfield Highway); YALE STREET (Main Street to Spruce Street) all within the City of Olivet Limits. Construction shall include areas of pulverizing, balancing, grading and repaving of existing bituminous roadway totaling approximately 7600 square yards; removal of excess pulverized material totaling approximately 525 cubic yards; replacement of bituminous leveling course and wearing course totaling approximately 1850 tons; manhole and water valve adjustments; signing and traffic control, cleanup and restoration and other miscellaneous work items that normally are included with the described work items. If any individual, corporation or partnership contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Drawings, Specifications, or other parts of the documents, he may submit to the Owner a written request for an interpretation thereof. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery
