Site work and paving for a civil project in Trempealeau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work consists of: site clearing, pulverizing asphalt pavement, removing asphalt pavement, excavation, removing and replacing culvert pipes, placing base course material as necessary for excavation below subgrade, placing based aggregate and asphalt pavement, permanent signing, site restoration, and other miscellaneous items of work. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. A formal pre-bid tour will not be conducted for this project.
